The study visit focused on the following topics:

  1. The organizational framework of a Danish college (resources and financing, time allocation)
  2. Didactic and pedagogy (such as differentiation, learning materials, teacher teams, blended learning, online teaching, etc.)
  3. Guidance (such as the initial screening of the students) and supportive methods
  4. The coordination and cooperation with training companies

Vice versa, possibilities for Danish student mobility in German training companies as a part of their vocational education came up.

Also a continued cooperation in the framework of a transnational project is aimed on, together with others of Moeve´s partners. Thus, the exchange will possibly result in a longer lasting cooperation, with focus on educational programs on the sector of business & administration.
